I am the kind of person who goes into complete overwhelm before starting to take action, so after Ignite I put together a checklist and began planning for the upcoming year the Epic way. I had never planned out a month in my practice, let alone a year. I already had spoken about my goals but never written them down which is probably why my practice had been pretty stagnant. I planned out my year, I set goals that were pretty modest, and I decided that a 5% growth would be possible. I can proudly say that my practice grew by 18.5% in collections, which included me being away on maternity leave for 2 months!
