How Long Should a Talk Be?
The short answer is between 20 minutes and 60 minutes. 20 is awfully short, but sometimes you're only going to get a little lunch and learn, a little break that employers might be at. Does My Entire Presentation Have to be About Chiropractic?
I think you're basically asking, should your whole topic, your whole talk, be about chiropractic or do you just tie it together? My favorite topics are whatever gets the most people in a room. That being said, I like talking about things about kids. I've done over 400 lectures on ear infections and ADHD. Getting People to 'Show Up' at Your Presentation
Some of your outside lectures will be attended by employers or employees of companies that you have negotiated with and that you'd go in and do a presentation, so you getting them to attend is not the big issue, but if you’re promoting outside lectures, then you have to market them.
