Should I Bonus My Team?

Yes!  I didn’t have a standard bonus system. In other words, it changed consistently. A lot of docs use standard systems and those work great. What I like to do is give incentives for different projects depending on where we were. Typically you get a bonus for a couple of different metrics in your practice.
