What Should I Cover In My New Patient Classes?
Q: What are the necessary elements and information that should be covered in my health care class?
I have a 'unique' viewpoint on this. I think most experts and coaches out there would tell you something a little different, but my viewpoint is that the goal for a new patient orientation is to build the foundations of a long term relationship with my patients.
The goal isn't to educate your patients. That will absolutely happen and is was one of your objectives, but it should not be your overriding goal.
